Our return policy is strict due to the nature of our products. We only offer returns for store credit for our Corsets.
There are NO cash or credit refunds, but we will work with you to get you the correct product you ordered if there were issues with what you receive such as damaged goods, or we've sent you the wrong size.
If you do not follow the return policy and you send us a product back that is not in its original condition we will dispose of the product and you will not receive a refund or product back. Please note we can not make any changes on the order once it is placed.
Once an order is placed we are not able to edit the order nor change the shipping address. Please verify that your information is correct before completing the order.
In order to be eligible for a return for your Corset, you will have to send an email with the subject “RETURN” email@example.com a picture showing the reason why you'd like to return the item. You must have also contacted our sizing consultants prior to purchase. We offer a FREE sizing service to help ensure you get the best fit with our products. For that you can send us a direct message through Instagram or send us an email as well to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “SIZING HELP”
The size chart is as accurate as can be, but us women are not one size fits all. We all have different body SHAPES and the size chart cannot determine your shape.
Take a photo of the front of your stomach and the side (face does not need to be included) email@example.com along with which size you’d like to get.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. See product condition requirements for returns. There is no warranty on any of our products. How long our Corset will last differs from person to person and greatly depends on usage and care.
Note: You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and brokerage-related to the exchange of your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS WITHIN USA
Returns of the Corset are subject to quality approval and inspection at our warehouse personnel. If the product's condition does not meet the requirements below, the exchange will not be permitted. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure these requirements:
NOTE that we inspect each and every return and if your product is not in mint condition we will take photos of the product and send them to you for proof. You will not receive store credit for products returned not in mint condition.
Once you mail the item to us our team will inspect the product(s) to ensure perfect condition. Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your return once the product has reached our facility. If the item adheres to our exchange guidelines we will issue you store credit.
REQUIREMENTS FOR OUTSIDE USA
Notice for International Customers: Returns and Exchanges outside the United States, can only be accepted for damaged or- missing product (only in cases that the address is fully complete, correct and still the product didn't arrive, before claiming the missing item make sure you contact the local post service office near you). Please NO EXCHANGES will be given for Sizing Mistakes for International Customers as Customs makes this extremely difficult. Please refer to the accurate size chart closely when choosing size, or contact us to have an expert advise you what size to choose for you.
We are able to proceed a return of the Corset if the product got to you damaged, in that case you will have to contact to us firstname.lastname@example.org send a email with the subject RETURN INTERNATIONAL, you have to send us a picture and video of the product that arrived damaged to you. it will be subject to quality approval and inspection of our personnel. If the product's condition does not meet the requirements below, the exchange will not be permitted. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure these requirements:

For international orders (Outside USA)
We made it possible with affordable prices with the Standard Shipping Option. sent by the national post service of your country. You will be able to track it through their website once the product gets the clearance at customs and it's picked up by them. If you need any help or questions about this please contact us.
International Orders usually take from 6 to 12 days, depending on customs and courier service. Some orders depending on the country destination take longer than expected, since it may experience delays due Covid-19, or it may be held at customs for taxation. Do not worry this doesn't mean you wont get your package. We cover the cost of VAT standar taxes.
