At Bombshell Bunny, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the intimate nature of our corsets, we offer store credit or exchanges only. We do not offer cash refunds.

We strongly encourage all customers to use our complimentary sizing assistance before purchasing.

• Front and side photos (face not required)
Our team will help you choose the best size for your body shape.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes, cancellations, or shipping address updates. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Return Eligibility (U.S. Orders)
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for store credit or an exchange, items must be:
✓ Unworn and unused
✓ Unwashed and unstained
✓ Free of perfume, smoke, deodorant, or pet hair
✓ Free of damage, stretched fabric, broken hooks, or permanent creases
✓ Returned with all tags attached
✓ Returned in original packaging
✓ Not purchased during clearance or special sale events
All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing once your return is received.
International Orders
Due to customs regulations and international shipping costs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues on international orders.
International claims are only accepted for:
✓ Damaged items
✓ Incorrect items received
✓ Missing items (after confirmation with your local postal service)
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and video evidence.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any brokerage or customs fees related to exchanges.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Product Care & Warranty
Our corsets are handmade and designed for long-term use when properly cared for. Product lifespan varies depending on frequency of wear, fit, and maintenance.
Because wear and usage conditions vary between customers, our products are not covered by a warranty.
